If you've lost or forgotten your password, simply enter your registered email address, and you'll be emailed with your password instantly. You can change your password by clicking on the 'update your details' link that will appear in the main menu, once you've logged in with the password that we send you.

Q. I requested my password here and I am sure that I've registered with a correct email address, however I didn't receive the email with my login details...
A. If you didn't receive your password reminder email, please check that it was not filtered into your Junk Mail or Spam folders. You will need to check your Spam settings to ensure that you can receive email from virtualsports.com.au and add this address to your 'known senders list' to ensure that they are not being blocked, deleted or filtered out automatically by your email program.
